That 3800kv motor will do fine against the SCTE's. I know people that run the losi scte and run the castle 3800 and that truck weighs alot more than ours and they still have plenty of power. So a lighter truck and the same motor means more power

Just a couple post up Coyote said that the "CoyoteTech Chassis Brace" will be shipping out on monday. So send him a PM.

Here's the PDF directions for building a chassis brace. I used these and it was easy. LHS had all the parts I needed. Cost me $10.

Second wave of center dif pre-orders is up now! this time it will only be through the weekend til monday night and depending on how many order i should be able to have them in stock the following week.

Those who pre-ordered the first batch, i had a spindle motor catch on fire yesterday while machining the spurs:flamingS i am headed out to track down another motor so i will be delayed a little bit. If i can get my hands on a motor this morning i can still get them shipped out today , if not it will be either tomorrow or monday.

Since i could not run parts yesterdy and was frustrated i packed up my stuff and headed to the track for some testing. By coincidence there was a guy there with a radar gun tracking speeds! my E buggy (2200kv/4s) went 40.1mph while my boosted pro4 went 38.3 mph!! thats fast, definately no need for the 4600 if ya got boost capabilities!

Hey all, I've never been very good at suspension setup for Off-Road. My truck jumps super nose heavy. It has a bunch of oversteer, as well. Should I be putting stiffer springs up front to cure these?

what's your ride height? if your too low in the rear it could slap the face of the jump and making the truck nose down as soon as it lifts off. try going 24mm ride height front and rear and see if jumps flat in the air. also check and make sure you dint have drag brake on your esc settings. as far as over steer. try lowering your EPA in steering, the truck has lots of steering to begin with. and lastly if it still steers around way too much over drive the front using the 19t pulley. hope this helps a little.

I had similar problems before the spring kits were available. I raised my rear ride hight so that the rear wouldn't slap the jump (this was kicking the back end up as the truck was leaving the ground). I also put 3mm of shims under my inner camber links, which lowers the roll center, which seemed to make my truck more stable in the corners.
