Thought I'd post up some race results, all SC104's and 1 losi. Only one SC104 w/ garodiscs and 2 stage pistons though. I've given them all fair warning, they know what parts I use, they still don't see the light. Even after months of whoopn's. Some people will never learn..... Closest dude to me is a full 17 seconds back.... Once the RCSHOX center diff comes in, I'll put another lap on them...

I have no idea what you just said. "just blatently true"? "just contour to hack"?
I'm not being a dick, I don't think?

Well, really:

It's after Christmas. There are a ton of people who got this truck. The Thread isn't going to move forward for quite a while.

Let's just set up a table and sign setup sheets or something.

Also for the chassis brace, are you guys using carbon fiber tubing or aluminum? also how exactly are the rod ends connected to the brace? is there a set screw inside the rod end and into the tubing? What size parts are you guys using?

Thanks

I think that dialect is referred to as "public education".

The stock fan doesn't run all the time, there are some aftermarket ones that do. It will turn on after it warms up a little regardless, well it should.

The fan will always be on when plugged into Hotwire.
The fan only comes on during normal operation when the ESC hits 140*.

Brace using cf tubing and I used a long threaded rod through the tube. Go to your lhs and get the tube and fit the rod.

I feel you on that too, i have been killing everyone around here too and they "clique" is just now starting to run the pistons. Up until early this month i may have sold 4 sets locally in 5mths and now the "clique" is buying them as fast as i can make them. It amazes me how you tell someone what works and even show them and they still go out and buy something that does not work anyway! Its coming full circle now though, just have to be patient.

Thanks for clearing that up. It's hard to find specific information like this on the truck, in such a long thread. Specially when you don't know what to search for.

Mine is still in bags, inside the box. I'm going to continue to read before I build it.

So...I kind of screwed up. Step 1 in the kit building is the servo install. I thought my servo was centered. I was wrong. Even with the trim all the way, it's far from straight. Is there an "RCtech" shortcut to readjusting the servo, like page 707 has the rear diff removal guide?

^^
I posted that to prove I've been reading. =D

Thanks in advance.
