You put shims under the the ballstuds mounted at the shocktowers.

Raising the inner mount lowers the roll center, lowering the inner mount raises the roll center...

EFFECTS OF FRONT ROLL CENTER ADJUSTMENT
Front roll center has most effect on on-throttle steering during mid-corner and corner exit.
Lower
• More on-throttle steering.
• Car is less responsive.
• More weight transfer at front of car.
• Better on smooth, high grip tracks with long fast corners.
Higher
• Less on-throttle steering.
• Car is more responsive.
• Less weight transfer at front of car.
• Use in high grip conditions to avoid traction rolling.
• Use on tracks with quick direction changes (chicanes).

this is from the manual.

Front Camber Link Length & Number of Washers Under Ballstuds:
Changing the length of the camber link is considered a bigger step than adjusting the ballstud height. Your first setting change on the track should be to try the inside vs. outside locations on the shock tower. Typically shortening the camber link (or lowering the ballstud) will give the front end less grip which is more stable. Lengthening the camber link (or raising the ballstud) will give the front more grip at low speed but it can have slower steering response mid-to -exit of the turns.

XRay has a great offroad tuning guide that is free on their site that goes into a little more detail.

so by raising the ball stud it sounds like I can take some of the steering away which is what i'd like to do.

I personaly prefer emulsion style.
After a little pushing and assistance from you guys, I totally prefer the Emulsion. What a 'dead' shock. And it eats the rough track.

So why are you selling it then?

That little cheat sheet 1fastpede posted on 475 works great for eliminating the spring rub on the shock bodies.

New shocks complete. Butter...

Nice use of language I am only selling for the money not to buy a losi. I had a extra body laying around and included it with the truck. A average person is not going to care what "name brand" the body is.
