I ground down the trans brace mount just bit to keep it even , hardest part is you will have to remove the ft clip & servo to install a lock nut under the ft stud...

Mantis,, I went from 5000 nano-tech saddles to IP 6000 packs, the 6000mah packs are about 6mm taller, and heavier, run in the same place at the front, the truck did seem harder to drive after that, I put it down to track conditions, we run on a large outdoor bumpy loose track here. Ok thanks for all the replies. So basically I attached it on the top of the rear gear box and front gear box with a screw and locknut on both the screws? Is everyone using shock ends on the end of the brace?
