Tight, high bite, smooth, damp,

Here is a old vid. Current layout is technical infield stuff and not many big jumps.

for traction roll issue, try raising up the rear inner ball stud a few mm's. you may want to purchase the longer ballstuds as at a certain height they become suspect for not being long enough.

any vids?

And how much rear toe are you running, and what sway bars (if any)?

3/2 toe block, blue sway front, orange rear. Its the FT Kit setup.

I can send you a high traction setup I used, basically was for carpet but maybe give you an idea of what to compare if you like. Or, give AE's site a look for setups that are for high bite and see what changes are different than your vehicle.

yea that would be cool. Can send to [email protected]. Thanks.

I looked at rc10.com setups and some of them are so far off the mark I couldnt imagine how they got there. Like using buggy c hubs on top of the rear hubs lol. I'm going to tune the truck with kit parts and will try not to modify things and overcomplicate it.

Cain got your email. Thanks for the setup. Haven't tried anything yet. Did order exotek hubs, slipper locker and steering rack. Wanted to try the exo hubs for the rear link mod. Didnt feel like mounting hubs to a hub lol.

The LRP Flow and Sonic 550 is super smooth in this truck. Not sure why everyone feels the need for bigger indoor racing. My truck with kit setup rocked. Truck was so easy to drive.

Only change I made was moved rear hubs to the long position. This seemed to give it more stability without taking away any traction or steering.

How's the flow's temps. I'm still looking for a better esc to run in mine.

Not hot to the touch so I didn't bother temping. Motor was about 115. The ESC fits nice too. Flow + 550 Sonic 5.5 + 13 Pinion.

Sweet, I have a tekin 4600 right now but I'll defiantly try that. On a side note I emailed LRP today to see what they thought.

I have been running my sc10 4x4 rtr on a backyard track and feel like i don't have enough power, I have the xp1200 with reedy 550 3500 kv motor. How can I get more power with this esc/motor? Do I need a diff esc/motor setup?

Use a quality lipo battery and the correct pinion gear.

I'm using a turnigy nano tech a spec 65-130c 2s 6200 mah batt

Cain 01-29-2014 09:09 AM

when you go to a bigger pinion gear, watch your temps. the kv on the motor is a bit low on 2S based on what others are running with different kvs.
