That's very good news. And anyone have any recommendations on what fluid to run in the difference? Mainly bashing, slander some track time.

I always ran 3-3-1 in mine but that was with tekin sc4x motor. But if are gonna run that motor I would go with like 5-5-3 or even like 5-7-3. I think it would help get power to ground better with that big motor.

Horizon was WAY off on the ETA for the Mamba Monster 2. My RX8 with a 2250kv motor should be here tomorrow . Any idea what pinion I should run? I'll be on a 4s battery and am looking for speed and enough torque to bash.

Threads always need more pictures right?

I personally wouldnt recommend this truck for bashing. I've broken alot of axles and a-arms just racing this truck. Front bumper is pretty fragile too

Yeah, the stock front bumper is pretty worthless. A T-bone front bumper was one of my first additions.

I agree as I have replaced almost everything on this truck. It's fragile but is fun until it does break

When I had my nexx, I converted a mix of the T-bone and Losi SCTE bumper, it was very very strong.

Pretty much cut the t-bone(Jammin) bumper in half, and added the SCTE clip. Same length as stock. Very stiff, yet flexible. Unbreakable.

For any sort of real bashing I have my T-Maxx. This will mainly see track, road, and some bad dirt jumps. Ok, I guess the last one is bashing.....

A Main Hobbies, any quality hobbyshop should have shorter wires. I personally use a CRC 70mm sensor wire. But my esc in mounted behind the battery. Might be able to get away with a 50mm one. Just measure how long you need it and look it up.
