I suggest getting the 810 front body mount (nub on front brace) it's in part # losb2505

Snip the front overhang of the buggy body off (see pic below)

Snip the side braces off your scte's splash guards (if you didn't already) I suppose if you wanted the extra weight you could just cut the body to fit over the side guards..

Add a couple velcro strips on sides of body and guards. (3m dual loc is sick) No point in trying to mod a rear support.. anyone who saw my prior pictures, I did swap to full length guards again to accomodate the velcro strips.

Install done.. If you pay the bucks for a new clear body I suggest a couple holes for air movement, the rtr body of course comes with these included ;P

Thing looks pretty hot w/ the buggy body too.. LOL

I don't want to alarm you or anything, but I think your truck ate a buggy! On second thought, maybe it's like a Kangaroo and the Buggy is really just a little baby in the trucks pouch...

100 miles? Come on now. If there was something R/C that I had to have I would drive to Spokane or Portland to get it.

But my wife can't get me to head to the store to get milk.

Thats' funny, I actually PM'd him their number earlier today before he posted that question, so my guess is that he called and they didn't have one Do you go there often? I race there pretty much every Sat and Sun. Maybe I know you and didn't even know that I know you.

I just p/u two from my LHS... but it was the last two. Going to runRX8 & Tekin SC4X 4.5 in one and MMP & Castle 1415 2400kv in the other both with Futaba servos. ALso with Chris diff pins.

Anyone running either one of these systems? If so what size pinions and temps are you getting?

I'm running the castle 1415 with a mmpsc I am running on big eight scale track and using a 23 tooth pinion, esc batt very cool, and motor is cool enought to keep your hands on it. so not very hot.

it was bout 65 degrees outside tho when I had it out on the track. running it in front of house on the street it ran cooler than when I had the 19tooth on it. that day was bout 75 or so. still cool enough to touch.

what type of pinion are you running? Or did you get the reducer sleeve? I ran the reducer sleeve with the 1415 and the rotor sheared off. It was probably made on a Monday and was a manufacturing defect.
How many cells are you running with the 1415?
