You can get the software and firmware downloads here.

You need a 32bit windows XP machine though. Anything newer and the driver for the usb adapter will not work!

Settings.
Lipo cutoff- (I run nimh mode to not use it but if you run for long periods of time set this to 3V/cell)
Brake/Reverse- Forward w/o reverse
Throttle limite- 0%
Motor Timing High (4*)
Brake %- I set at 80% and then turn it down on my radio
Initial acceleration- High
%Drag brake- 0

I use a Spektrum radio so I set it it 2.4ghz
I run stock dead band which I think is 4.

Hope this helps.
Helps a great deal. Thank you for the thorough reply. I'll be putting my electronics in this weekend and I'll start there. This is a great looking truck.

Thanks again!

Are the gold and silver spring kits available anywhere yet?

Got my Losi yesterday morning, put her together and headed to the track to test out the diffs (5-5-2) First couple laps was nice and easy half throttle nothing to crazy. Truck felt way more planted then my Hyper, I really liked it. Then came the third lap, I picked it up... then this happened!!!! Broken rear a arm, WTF!!! I jumped the triple and cased it, it sent me into a little cartwheel nothing major. Landed on the wheels and I see the rear wheel floped over.

Not bitching but I thought it would be alot more durable then that. I raced my Hyper for almost a year and only broke a couple a arms and a axle. I never thought I would break the Losi after 3 laps. lets hope it was just a fluke. BTW, I STILL LOVE THIS TRUCK... Enjoy the pics

Also I am running a Novak HV 4.5 w/ a LRP TC Spec with a 15 pinion on 2s and it is FAST AS HELL. The servo is a Savox 1258tg

Looking good Fangs, I did some speed runs with that same motor last night, with a 14T, it did 34MPH so depending on where you are planning on racing, you should be close, I think for my local track (ARC), 15T will be perfect.

There a left and a right a front and rear. They are not universal from side to side.

Thats about the average size indoor track for around here. Anything much smaller than that and I would just race around my garage

That layout is kinda flat though...there's usually bigger air

The arms are side dependant due to the shock mount location.

The ones you bought are correct if they are for the TEN-T. Same shocks and springs.

Default My SCTE review

Got mine built up and took it out to Revs (large 1/8 scale outdoor track). RX8 with HV 4.5 geared 16/40 with a 2s 5200 50C battery. Box stock with Casey's setup except black springs all around and 442 in the diffs. Motor came off around 145-150.

This thing is awesome box stock. No need to buy hop ups until something breaks Stock tires hook up decent on the hard pack dirt with loam on top. But when I changed the wheels out, it got better. Any line my 1/8 buggy could take, this SC could take as well. I was clearing huge triples, and driving this thing around a large track was easy.

Things I like:

        Things I didn't like:

I would prefer to run this thing on 3s and a different motor to get more run time and to keep everything cool. I will experiment with that setup this weekend. Would be nice if tracks/ROAR would just allow a proper setup and not just base it on batteries.

I broke a rear arm the same way, then I noticed rear arms are sold out everywhere. I now run a ziptie thru the arm over the hinge pin area for some extra strength.
