This is how I run my battery. I will also remove the front pad at times depending on track conditions. If I put the battery all the way back I my steering suffers and the car jumps like crap, at least for me it does!

interesting stuff about battery placement.
I run full length packs, and when I try battery back my car feels like it's broken.
I haven't tried a shorty pack yet.

Has anyone had the threads pull out of the diff nut?

Is this diff LOSA2954 better than the stock one which is included ?
Thats the gear diff its less up keep, most will say performance wise it lacks but unless your on your way to becoming a factory driver and can run most of a race without wrecking than a ball diff.might be better. Imo my lap times are the same as with ball diff

I think that motor uses a 5mm shaft. You LHS may not have 48p for a 5mm shaft on hand. I have no idea where you'd need to gear it.

do any of you lube your turnbuckles?
When I try to adjust mine they pop the ball cups off? do you lube the threads with some grease or something so you can adjust them on the car?

Yes put grease in the ballcup and run the turnbuckle all the way in and out a couple times this will work the grease in and loosen up the threads. This will make adjustments a lot easier.
