Some of the stock balls have been known to be poor quality and or slightly different sizes. People who have problems with them and then switch to new ones (AE or BFAST) have solved their problem.
I just finished wiring up and installing my electronics. It was quite a challenge, but everything is nice and neat now. I will post pics once my body comes in. I did notice that the tranny is super quiet and very free. Good job losi!

Haha, thanks! I knew I would have to wait for my body to get painted anyways, so I took my time on the build. I only was able to work on for a few hours every other night or so anyways, so it was going to take a while regardless. It also took my a while to find the neatest way to wire it, and set the steering up right. I got a lot of the build done at the track while racing my SC. It was worth it though!

I just rebuilt my diff and used new rings/losi carbide balls/stock thrust/AE diffnut/AE black grease for thrust and Losi kit silicone grease(couldn't get AE), broke in with drill and it is butter but aren't they all before you run them?
Can I get a refresher on setting the slipper? I set it loose and kept tightening but it took forever to get it close and my diff still slipped. On outdoor tracks the traction can change so much in a heat or main from start to finish its hard to get it right, especially when you have a jump right after a hairpin turn with to little runup. To loose you don't clear, to tight you spin out and come off wrong.
Is there a super secret formula you pro guys use or is it all in the trigger finger?
