I can say I noticed no difference in performance or laptimes when tested backed to back.
I haven't really had any problems with the stock rack, as long as I gave it a shot of compressed air from time to time, and after a couple of days in the car the exo's bearings are now gritty and it is no longer smooth like it was on the bench.
To me, I see no real benefit other than the placebo effect it might give some users.
Had I paid for it, personally I'd be disappointed I replaced a $5 part with a $70 part that doesn't do anything any better than the original.
Of course, your results may differ.

Carranza76 So far only one real complaint.
I noted my own results after comparison testing.
What were your complaints?

I dont have any, it has opened this buggy up and made it much more responsive. Nothing negative to say about it.

I actualy made no adjustments when I installed the rack other than ride height.

I played with the battery placement some but ended back to my original spot.

The ones with "0" on them are inline.
All others are trailing, "2" are 2mm and "4" are 4mm trailing.

I am curious what others are experiencing.

So far only one real complaint.
Not yet we are waiting on them to arrive as all three are coming in the same order (long trip to Australia )
At least we will have three different people at the same track being able to compare it.

will let people know our feedback

Charles hicks helped me get full right and left lock this weekend with the stock rack. Can anyone measure the length of the one ball end on the steering link. I am wondering if mine are shorter than normal. I had to get my servo horn vertical with the rack centered and lengthen my link 4mm to be able to get full right and left lock.

Frank or Casper, have you guys gone to SCVRC out in Santa Clarita Valley? If so, what setup would your recommend for stock 17.5 racing for that track?

Hmmm. All three of mine I have the servo link snugged up and then backed off maybe half a turn or less. I have the servo horns one spline left of center.

Turnbuckle length on the 22 buggy, inside of ballcup to inside of the ballcup (just the steel showing, easiest way I know to measure turnbuckles), I'm getting somewhere about 34.5mm

I also noticed that I cant get full lock on the steering. Wonde if this is the cause of the car not wanting to turn as well as other cars

yeah, I had mine like yours. But could not get full left lock. Charles had me put it vertical and I unscrewed it a ton, lol. but I have full lock left and right. I bought the car used and I am unsure if the previous owner cut the ends to shorten them.

Also the caster block and spindle shims. Can anything else be used in place of these? When rebuilding my car I lost 2 of them and dont wanna make a order just for them

I am at about 27.5mm center to center and have a 3.75mm gap between the ends,

I'm using savox servos, so not sure if what I (or you) use makes a difference.
But I'm not even close to using the full exponential on mine either side though.
Fairly certain it's been common knowledge for everyone with these cars that you have to set the horn a spline off from center to get to full throw, not that it's that big of a deal, as reaching full throw left is the problem if you start off with the horn dead vertical.
