VERY VERY NICE!!!!! I can't wait to get my hands on the kits I pre-ordered I have 5 of the 1988 Avante now but could never bring myself to run one. I think they made the already cool Avante better and just different enough to have me keep all my other Avantes.

It is no slipper it is the 3rd diff which is a ball diff. Ball diff were mentioned to give some slip when accelerating to protect the rest of the drivetrain.

I think the builder misunderstands the purpose of the centre diff. It's not a slipper.

How is it upgraded to today's technology if the shock bodies are not threaded for adjustable spring load?

I think they were talking about the internals. Threaded shock bodies just wouldn't look right on an Avante anyway
