The Reedy pack is 25mm plus battery plugs its real close. Right now I'm on the fence. I may just run the Reedy packs again?

What I do is instead of using the set screws that go into the blue post for the blue thumb screws that hold the battery straps down, I put a long 4/40 screw through the top of the thumb screw it self and I can run any size packs, plus I have fat fingers so I can use my hex driver to take the thumb screws on and off, much easier for me and works great.:)

Space the dogbone in rear further inward, the little axle spacers that normally go on last before you put the pin in the axle...put them on first before sliding the dogbone into the hub (i have 2-3 axle shims on the inside). The aluminum center bulkhead also helps to reduce alot of the chassis flex in the rear. As far as the front, ive never had any problems there, maybe double check your front shock setup and see how many limiters you are running.

No problem, this is the center aluminum bulkhead:

flex the car from the rear with the plastic one and then put this on, you will be amazed at how much it flexes with plastic.

I use a screw to. With a blue bevel washer. My concern is if a 32mm plus battery connector will fit under the rear top plate.

Thanks from the looks of it it may just fit? The 6000 pack is 32mm with the connector I would guess I need at least 36mm to clear it. Any know what the measurement is from the chassis to the bottom of the top plate?

Just measured it's between 36 and 37 mm, 32 is no problem.:)

You don't...the new avid triad slipper will fit with just a couple axle shims though.

Have you got one? I am going to try one when I build my new kit. Where do you put the shims or is it in the directions?
