Amain costamers service is top notch. I place an order that valued $150, cant remember what exactly it was. But anywho i live at an apt and the ups guy came when i was not home so he just left the package at the entrance of the apt, well needless to say some sticky finger bastard stole it. So i called UPS and was like hey you guys just dropped my package at the door and now its gone. And asked what they were going to do about it they said nothing your not the shipper of it and its not our fualt. So i contacted Amain and they were very helpfull. They Resent the items that were in the order and said we will deal with ups.

So i fought with UPS for an hour and got no were. talked to the Amain rep for 15min. Amain sent out my stuff agian and even put it on two day shipping. All free of charge. Now thats a company.

I will never use UPS agian even if it is cheaper i wont.

You must of missed the part that said I was on the phone with them...... I've moved on. Next time I have an issue with them I guess I'll ask for Robyn..apparently the guy I talked to wasn't as customer friendly as she apparently is.

Of course..You throw them under the bus and then when they make it “right” you don’t make a solid post about them ….It takes another poster to say something that you feel you need to defend…

Well in any event it’s good to hear you moved on and Amain did something for you. Personally I think they should have done nothing for you…The net result is you paid more for the parts NOT going though Amain….Ordering direct from Tekno will cost you shipping and an min of 5 bucks….While your order at Amain was over 100..so free freight…

Ponder that next time..

Well maybe I should have you buy my stuff for me...I had to pay shipping on top of it all. V3 Tekno kits are not Free Shipping eligible. Plus the fact they didn't have 1 other part I wanted in stock so ordering what I did from Tekno or whoever had to be done..Tekno was just cheaper.
