Dropped off the in laws at sfo at noon. :/ they are half way to china now.

Oh, remember when you said my truck wasn't turning 'all the time'. lol, yeah, the factory got a bit aggressive with the locktite in the cv's. Was binding and turning the wheel when the right side was compressed.

Checked the nib set I had and one of them was the same. Squeeky clean nows

Thanks I'm really thinking about this system since I can get it on tower with the 10TT and get $60 off.
i am really happy with it. i have stock gearing, but am running sct wheels, so they are taller. i think with stock 2.2 wheels, i would run 15t or something. runs cool as milk with my current setup. i run on all sorts of tracks, a little slow on the larger 8th scale stuff, but great for med 8th, or 10th scale stuff.....

Hey thanks. I think I will pick up a few pinions with my order. Glad to hear it runs cool, I hate spending hundreds for a system that just over heats.

Thanks for your set up. I do plan just to run it first and go from there but am trying to get everything together for my order. I'm planning two different orders of $300 so I can get the $60 off and free shipping with both. But I have to wait till after my sons birthday before I can place the first one. No hurry since we have 10 inches of snow right now anyways.

Cold was not the word it was freezing and the day just kept getting colder. My TT got real stiff it was so cold but it was a great time. This is a fun truck to drive.

As far as nose diving I didn't have that issue either. Except for standard shock and alignment settings I am stock out of the box. I just wanted to point that out because we were all on the same track.

I am running the Castle SCT in mine with the stock 13 pinion. I qualified for the A main but had to take off before I could run it.
