This is too funny! I just found some old ones in one of my parts bags last night and tried them on the rear hubs. They fit just fine! Visually they look really close in size, if not the same, to the AE plastic hexes.
I ran it on the track today at lunch time and had no problem, either.
I'm going to compare them with my digital calipers tonight and get an exact number.

Did you get the axle for B4 and not the SC10? Take the axle and slip a bearing on the axle and slide it all the way on. Clip the C clip on the axle and then slide the assembly into the hub. Slip the other bearing on the outer bearing position. Slide on one shim and then the axle pin. Finally slide on te thin hex and that is it.
i got that the links they provided to complete... ill go try again lol. Is the stock wheel nut supposed to work?

Got the numbers:
The B4.1 AE Hex parts:
Small hex: 4.93mm
Large hex: 6.46mm
STRC:
5.92mm
The STRC fits perfectly but as you can see they are not the exact same thickness.
BACK:
They will change the offset slightly without shims. Properly shimmed I think you can pretty closely match the Offset.
FRONT: They are probably a bit too wide to use in front without affecting handling.
There is no slop whatsoever in the back either, in case you were wondering.

I just thought I should clarify that I bought the one below and not the one for the kyosho. Just remembered. Like I said I got them a long time ago. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

i am thinking about buying a t4.1 for racing this season. i will be using it on an out door blue groove bumpy track, and also at a clay indoor track. now i was wondering what whould be a good starting point setup. also i will be running the rs or rs pro with a tekin 8.5. is this a good combo for this truck? also what pinion/gear would you recommend? what boost do you guys run on this setup? any help would be greatly appreciated, and also i did try to look back through this thread. it seems to me the t4.1 post are few and far between lol.
thanks,
Dan

I just finished getting my T4.1 going again too! I'll be racing it for the first time this Sunday! Can't wait to teach those new 22Ts a lesson!
