I'm gonna just rob the GTB 10.5 out of my B4.

Heh, I was only using the one on the right hand side of the photo. I used it to tighten the turnbuckle ends. Makes it super fast and it doesn't foul up the plastic.

I finished filling up the shocks today and got them mounted up. I was stoked to see that the body post holes are in the same exact location as a Slash. I already bought a body, but think I may just use the clear body from my Platinum Slash 4x4.

Just giving you the business, jealous waiting for mine...wow, what a nice build!

Looks like Wishbones bolted on there already. No messing around here...

The Velvet coated shocks alone are worth a 3rd of that, this would be undoubtly the nicest SC available, as are all Kyosho kits

When you can build a set of "Velvets" and ignore them and not deal with leaks for more than a points series, they are worth every penny. I've removed mine after weeks of racing to find they need no attention at all.

Granted i've made a some changes on my sc10, but in 1.5yrs racing weekly I've never been beat by anyone driving a Ultima :P I run the RPM bumper system up front and the rpm arms and pivot block and I run a set of xxx-t shocks (hate ae shocks even the FTs) all the way around other than that it's pretty stock.

actually i'm wrong.. two races when I tried to swap to the mip cvd's they broke (retainer came off) and I didnt finish the race.. both times a ultima beat me LOL

PS I'm back to the stock dog bones.. never ANY issues w/ this setup..

Mine should be here today. I'm getting it ready to go for a race on Friday. Looking forward to getting started. Just gotta wait for the man in the big, brown box van.

My electronics setup will be a Tekin RS Pro 17.5 system, JR 9100S servo, TP 3200 mAh lipo and Futaba 3PK FASST system. Still trying to decide on gearing. I'm going to start with subcultures in the rear and SC10 stock front tires up front. It's kind of an odd setup but seems to work out here.
