The acceleration problem is at full throttle. I hate taking it easy to keep it straight. I never had this problem with a gear diff. It always goes left turn clyde.

Check your shocks preload from right to left. They should be about even. If not, your car will pull to one side when applying full throttle. Also, make sure your shocks internal pressure are even. A leaky shock can make a car very inconsistent, especially on a high grip track.

How are your bearings? Diff outdrives? One crunchy bearing creates so much drag while the car is at speed it will cause the car to pull to that side.

Out of the box, the car is very good. The only problem areas are the steering rack and for some, the rear tower.

I use the Tresrey steering rack and Cream towers on my car and have found them to be bulletproof.

More important than hop-ups are tires when racing. See what the fast guys are using at the track and glue up a set.

anyone tried this car with the +8 chassis from durango?

What do people prefer, the +8 plastic from TD or standard alloy from TD?

Anyone tried the +10 alloy floating around on ebay?

Thanks a lot. I will look into both of those things after I try it out for a while. I did my homework when deciding on this kit. But a little/lot of help is always welcome!

Hi there.
Different companis like AE run 2 hole pistons on ther bb shocks. So would go wirh the dex210?
My car dont fell planted enough. I zried different shock positions and oils

I have tried 4x1,2 and 1,3 and currently i'm runnin teh tapered pistons 5x1 with 400 oil in the front and 300 in the rear.
I dont like it. I just runon a medium loose track with my plastic +8 mm chassis and short lipo in the middle

Just thought I would share some pics of the +8 machined chassis I received from bman's 3xnt. The fit and finish of the chassis was clean and professionally done. The +8 chassis calm the car down and made it feel like I was not driving on the "edge". Just a few miner mods and the chassis is a direct bolt-on. This chassis is also lighter then the stock chassis. Better handling and lighter. That is a win-win.
