i already tried that.

i reset the esc to the radio.

i removed the damaged sensor and tried the motor again.

i tried a brand new motor.

when i turn on the esc, the red light comes on quickly, then it goes off and the green light flashes 3 times, no beeps.

sounds like a damage esc? try using the program card n reprogram again?

is there a burnt smell in d esc?

i set everything back to default.

still, red light when i turn on, 3 green flashes, no beeps.

still no answer from hobbywing.

i sent an email yesterday to:

and

no answer yet.

My ESC smells a little bit.....

I lost the radio signal and crashed - the tires were blocked so the esc started to burn, also the motor is not working anymore. I never will drive without failsave again.

I asked Hobbywing about the Overheat-protection: They said, in that case it is not working. Only if the motor or esc temperature gradually increases it will work.

REPAIR? LOL that thing needs a cofin. dig a hole in the back yard and say goodbye. lol

overheat wouldn't have helped either.

Aren't these escs supposed to have blocked rotor protection?Ask them.

So how's the Xerun 150a hold up to 6S bashing? This would be used on an LST2 w/ Castle 1717 1580kv motor with 24T/63T gearing.

6s is no problem, just watch d gearing.

Would the 80amp speedo be ok running on 4s in Losi 8e, I will be going for a 2200kv motor and racing outdoors.

Or am i better spending the extra on the 150a version??
