the second piece looks to be an aluminum top center diff plate! cool!

adjusting the gear mesh doesnt look like it will be as easy as the elite mount but they are available and serve the same purpose by tying the mount and the center diff into one piece. plus you get a new top brace.

since i already have an elite motor mount, i might cut the motor mount portion off and use it as the other center diff bearing holder so they are both aluminum! ending up with the whole center diff housing/motor mount being made of aluminum. kind of sweet!
Hello Ben!

You know since I got the CC 2200kv, i failed to fit it into the original motor mount w/o harshly scratching the beautiful chrome rings on the motor... So I guess it's time for a new motor mount without
waiting. How do you like the monster mount so far? I can't get elite motor mount at all, even though it looks prettier than monster ones

btw, do we also have to modify the radio tray like they mentioned on their website?

What surface are you running on? Dirt, grass, concrete, asphalt? Is surface traction high or low?

Can someone help me out, I have the rear 112mm shocks + 112mm rear tower with the white springs and 55wt shock oil. Whats the perfect mounting positions for it? Also my fronts are left stock with the stock mounting holes.

the rc monster mount is nice but i ended up cutting off the mount part of it and used the center part as the center diff bearing housing. ill post a pic tonight. i dont know about the modification of the radio area, i dont think so since it is not going in a D8, its going in the vorza which has more room in that area. my center diff is all aluminum now! its pretty cool! im also using it in my tekno vorza, not the stock vorza.

Great. I ordered monster mount this morning. Don't know how long it'd take to get here. Do they even send out any other notification email except for the confirmation page! I'm so eagerly waiting as my vorza is down again!

Default front tires ballooning

If too much power is going to the front tires do I need to put lighter oil in the front dif or heavier in the center?

Thanks
Jerry

hmm.. "USUALLY", people put 5k front.. 7k centre.. 3k rear.. front WT is the WT slightly lighter than the mid, and heavier than the front.. thicken the diff oil.. if ur centre diff is too light, it will cause balooning as well..

i got mine in michigan in 2 days! they also give you an aluminum top brace for your center diff, its pretty cool. it works if you are using the stock spur, other wise the kyosho spur is too thick.
