Its red / grey 32.5/32.5 , arms level/bones level. I have 3oz in the back I was thinking about pulling. I start 2nd here.. black nose blue stars.

I think I saw you were running in stock class? If so, remove the weight first. Then see how it drives. It might be OK after that. When I ran Mod, I used 2-3oz. But with my stock 13.5 I run only 1/2oz next to my RX to counter weight of motor and ESC.

I run 30wt. with silver springs and the track I run on has bigger jumps. So if weights don't help, try softer spring.

those grey springs are way too stiff. Go to greens. Try to run the least amt of weight as possible, you'll have to really master trigger control but the less weight you have the better it rotates, jumps, turns, everything.

Default Upgrading my SC10!

I have put some good money into my SC10 by buying all the FT options and a Speed Passion 17.5 esc/motor. Anyway my question is about the RPM arms I have been using them for awhile but they seem to soft/flexible and should I just go back to the stiffer standard arms? Also what gearing are you guys using with a 17.5 setup? One last question my SP 17.5 has vent holes in the motor can and should I cover the vent holes(piece of nitro air filter) since my track is dusty? Anybody else using the M2C tapered hole pistons? Thanks for any info/help!

I'm running my 17.5 at 23/84, everyone will tell you something different.. I would also never block any vent holes on the motor can. Even when I was a basher, I never had problems with stuff getting in the motor.

RPM arms are good in that they are a bit more flexible. You will not miss any races from breaking like you would with the stock arms. But you should check you hinge pins to see if they are bent. The stress will divert from the arms and back onto the hinge pins.
I use RPM arms for the durability. I run on a clay outdoor track with good size jumps and it can get a bit bumpy at times. So they work OK for me. But if you're on a high bite track that is smooth and not so big, stock arms will give you a bit more precision in handling.
As far as covering your motor, I wouldn't. I would make sure I took the motor apart more frequently to clean it out. You don't want debris in the bearings and between the rotor and stator.
