Must be a rare incident but in my case, its what always happens. Just like the instructions said about the shock ball ends, and BAM! it was my case also... did not fit. But all was well and this build through got my enginuity juices flowing...lol

By the way Mont... the front was rather easy. I actually think I had a smoother install up front then the rear. The rear I had issues and during the shock build I accidently installed the wrong piston disc (no holes) in one of the shocks... I was

I think i had it in my head that it was going to be very easy, just started tearing things apart. was a mistake obviously. The top arms were where i had my problems. bottoms swapped out wicked fast.

Man! Jim, Looks like u can fit a MONSTER lipo in there. I see u have a lil foam pc spacing the room remaining...lol! The benefits of that spacing is also in tuning. U can always move your battery in small spacing increments fwd or back on the tray till u get the desired balance you would like from your rig. The layout is perfect for balance, should be nice as it looks on the track and performance wise

Yeah, the lipo tray is nice. That is a 5s pack but is the same footprint as a 2s. I think I will get a larger flatter 5s lipo the has a lower CG.

Yeah. 2200kv on 4s is plenty. I am running a 1900kv. Less amp draw and longer run time with a lower kv motor and higher voltage lipo.

i stick to 4s as well. i tried 5s for a short time and 6s once.
4s is perfect for me for bashing around, and it gives decent speed for booting around on the street.
