Also, the gearing on the two is:

RX8 1900 is geared 16/46
RX8 2050 is geared 15/46

You really can't go wrong with 13-16 on the 1900 or 2050 on 4s!

I dont see settings for throttle curves or settings to add a custom LVC.

Those are included right?

They are there, Throttle Profile is the curve adjustment, user customs aren't available quite yet. I'm assuming LVC is low voltage cutoff? It's right next the Throttle Profile.

Ok, just to clarify some gearing. Those were based off a Mugen Mbx5r and Losi 2.0 Buggy. Looking at the others we may start talking FDR on 1/8 buggies and truggies soon! LOL:

From the look of it FDR's from 9.5 to 10.5 give or take are going to be exceptable.

For those who don't know FDR: Spur/pinion x internal radio = FDR

So yes in a D8 or RC8 you're going to land around the 17-19 mark on 4s!

Is that 17-19 mark on a D8 for the 1900 or 2050?

Yes if the internal drive ratio is 4.3. I was looking that up right now!

Ill probably figure this out when I get it, but just by looking at randy's screen shot, "4" doesnt mean much to me in terms of voltage.

Maybe "4" for 4s, but I was looking to alter the voltage exactly and directly. Lots of people run custom cutoffs for like 30% capacity which to me means about 20.8V on a 6s Battery. Is there a way to set that? Castle link has it...

4 Means 4S, like you said. There is also a custom setting where you can set it anywhere from 3.0V to 17.9V and in increments of .07V. If you set 6S on the unit, you will get the 18V. We may change some things to let the custom cutoffs go above 18V.

I would be very much appreciative.

I don't know what language you wrote it in,(I think VB, IIRC) but I wouldn't think it would be that huge of a programming change.

We need custom LVC that CAN be set to at least 20V (21V would be better).

So what would you guys like to see for the LVC? At least 21V?

as others posted a higher lvc setting would be nice. I usually run 3.2v per cell.
