Hey Guys, Im not trying to hijack this thread, but I have a netbook listed in the classifieds section. It would be the perfect solution to program your Tekin Systems.

Since the SCx4 makes so much power there's no need for the magic in sensored mode. SO I suggest the Rx8. There's no chance of it thermalling or having issues as it's way over done for the 4x4 SCT class trucks.

So, I already have a RSPro in my SC4X4, If I buy a SCX4 motor, I now have to buy a RX8?

Got a tekin in for repairs and ask about the black and red heat sinks and was told they just ran out of the red ones and used black instead no difference.

There is no difference between the Black and Red heatsinked units.

You can run the SCx4 on either the RS Pro or the Rx8.

Have you guys experienced any heat issues in testing using an RS Pro?

I'm debating this setup in a Ofna Hyper 10SC, and already have a semi-spare RS Pro.

Default RX 8

Got my replaced speedo in time for this weekend. Thanks Tekin for the great, fast customer service!

I ran one practice run and three qualifiers with no problem. In the main after landing a large jump I lost power. I feared I had another failure but I think it may have been a questionable wire connection on the battery. I replaced the connection today and ran it in the street for 15min with no problem.

Do I need a reciept? whats the best way to send it, and to be insured that they take care of it for me?
