The rule goes if your state borders the region your fine. If it doesn't then you have to get the ok from the directors, which I got from the director and the Roar president. Also if you live in a region that doesn't give a crap about electric racers your allowed to race (Are you listening region 9 director? How about doing your job sometime.....)

Man, I'm so bummed about the timing of this one. I had it marked on the calendar and then they announced the date of the Horizon race a week later. I guess I'll see you guys at the January race.
