ve got the dirt maze O2 rears. But can't find an O2 compound for front tires. Track is similar to Hot Rod hobbies. Anyone know available front tire/compound to run with O2 rears? Need an aggressive tire like a dirt web thx
Dirt Web fronts in R2, O2, and Y2 are the recommended, but unfortunately we don't have any .

Whats the closest next compound? Orange and Red? Temps in mid 80's. Dry blue groove dusty edges. sometimes laydown works in the groove but punishes you if you get in the dust.

The orange compound has been discontinued; Red would be the hardest compound before you get into the long-wear R2, O2, and Y2.

Based on the conditions you describe, I would think Blue and or Red would be pretty good front and rear. If you go with long wear in those conditions, I would recommend R2.

Can anybody tell me how to install these JC hexes on my B5M without using a hammer and a pipe to drive them on? I'd like to be able to remove the things eventually too Mine are actually the black ones, but doubting that matters.

They were made for the original B5/b5m which had gen 1 rear axles. When the T5m came out AE updated the axles and made them thicker, your b5m has these thicker axles. So unless you can drill them out to fit...they won't. B6 hexes would work though.

that new 1/8 tire that has a "blockade" kind of look to it. Could we also geat that tire for 1/10 scale 2wd and 4wd buggy? out here the Proline Blockade style tread in Prolines M4 compound is one of the tires of choice due to tread life and how well it works when the track has been watered to when it is dry and hard. Using a more pin style tire you can slick the tire in 1 run when it transitions like that.

the Jconcepts Green compound in general works great too, we just need a tread pattern that matches. The Hybrid is close, but not as good as the blockade pattern wise. If we could get this new tread pattern in 1/10, could be golden here.

Hey guys, I don't have any experience with the JConcept carpet off-road tires so can you take a look at this question and answer it for him? Click here.

It is part of the http://www.rctech.net/forum/racing-f...l#post14999210 thread.

Thanks!

Any hints on which dealers and distributors? I don't live close to a LHS so much of my tire purchases are online which those stores haven't had 1/8 Reflexes in stock since what seems like early May or before.

Thanks

There's green reflex's around but the blue reflex's are MIA. Whenever I see them I buy them since stores only have them in stock for a day or 2. Good easy driving tire but near impossible to find/run on a regular basis.
