when you run double dees on loose conditions for 1/10 2wd buggies, are you running with a molded insert (if so which one) or are you just using the stock foam?
I ran at a track recently that if we didn't get rained out I was going to try flipouts next that i had mounted up versus the proline blockades in m4 I was using.
The surface was moist, somewhat loose but I think it was because with the dirt blown off their is a mixture of dirt and small rocks.
The track was treated with calcium chloride as well.

More recently outdoor we have been running Hybrids with stock foam and they have been really good

Our outdoor tracks are hard packed orange clay treated with calcium. In the morning the track holds a lot of moisture and is EXTREMELY slick. The best tire combo has been Hybrid rears (stock foam) and reflex fronts (dirt tech foam) both in green compound. We use the clear/gold FDJ sauce 10-15mins before our heat.

Most of the time we just use the stock foam with DD's. However, there have been times when we have used the Dirt Tech inserts and they give a little more fwd traction, but have less side bite.

Couple of question's
-on carpet, is the included foam recommended or a molded insert?
-will there be a d216 body?

Oh, I glued them with the thick texture row on the outside, as we have way too much side bite. I think that's the right way to do it to decrease side bite.

As Adam mentioned, the reflex fronts work really well.
PW,
Are y'all planning to discontinue the elevated line of tires?
