Seems like you're doing too much work. Why not just opt for 4WD front Inserts?

I find them to be the perfect solution. Adds a bit of firmness to the tire without overdoing it. The end result is fantastic.

I ran molded dirt-tech inserts for the first time pretty recently for 10th scale as I have been running 8th scale and dirt-tech all around transformed the car.

Whats the deal with the new red compound. Will it be longer lasting than the orange for sugar tracks?

Hey Trevor. Pit mats are on order. Pit boards are on hold at the moment.
About your pit space. Well, at least I will know who I am pitting with. Ha.

Not a comparison. Apples to Oranges. With the molded it is all about the density of the material. A lot firmer feel than you could ever get with a standard insert material.

Red is softer than Orange, softer as in gripier. At the Hot Rod Shootout, which isn't sugar but the same surface, we had no issues with tire wear. Comparatively to Orange in the past, it is very similar.

Associated Team Driver running these on his sc10.2 and suggested aka black foams. Anyone confirm this is the way to go. Usually, I run aka red foams. Wonder if dirt tech foams are the way to go. Thanks

We don't have the Dirt Techs available for SCT yet, so the others mentioned would be good.

Unfortunately no.

I did make some of my own 2wd front Splitters and they were to much steering. I've tried them on several tracks and they were always to much steering.
