So giving us the option to not buy them, or dropping the price on the tires $2, and selling the foams alongside the tires for $2, seems to be a viable option to me. Most racers have no use for the open cell foams and trash them also, I know I'm not alone.
It depends where you race and track conditions, if you don't use the foams, you can send them to me, and I can distribute them to all the racers in my area, where they will get used and work better than closed cells..

Im looking to put 12mm hexes on my sc10 using the jconcepts correct offset rim PN 3332B and their hex adapter PN 2081 but it states for front "(Requires JC part # 2081 for SC10 and XXX-SCT rear and conversion inboard hub for front.)"

Which rear conversion do they require to have the correct offset to use their SC10 12mm hex rim??

Thanks

Dave

If you use the #2081 12mm Hex with the #3332B wheels on the rear it will be the correct offset.

I made a mistake typing that. What FRONT conversion is what i mean. What do I need to purchase up front to get the proper offset to use these 12mm hex rims and interchange front/rear? The RPM front hex conversion for the sc10?

The SC10RS comes with the hex style front steering blocks . You will need to get those once they release them seperately.

The new body is called the Finnisher and will be released a few weeks after the World Championships.

so basically that rim is the same offset as the sc10 4x4? I can use premounts if/when you make them?

Yes; the SC10 (with hexes) and SC10 4x4 use the same exact offset wheel which is the 3332B JConcepts wheel.

Does JC have any plans currently to make a Losi 22 body that isn't cab forward? I'm pretty sure JC, especially with the new Finnisher body at worlds, can come up with something quite a bit more visually appealing and performance oriented for the 22. Thanks!

We will look into it.

This changes from track to track. Most tracks I just clean my tires with simple green and make sure not to get the inserts wet. Sometimes if the track is loose, I will spray them with motor-spray 5 minutes before I run.

Look for some coverage from the ROAR Nationals later this week, from California. Good luck to all of the JConcepts drivers that are going to be attending.

What is the advantage of the finisher over the punisher? or is it just style preference?

Speaking of foams, maybe you guys can explain the logic behind this. Why is it that the 4wd buggy tires cost nearly as much of the sct tires yet they don't come w/ the nice closed cell foams? The mold for the sct requires more material plus they get nicer 9 dollar a pair foams for about the same price as the 4wd tires. Somewhat dissapointed in that.
