Default Body

I know you guys plan your projects well in advance; but I would like to make a suggestion. Now that electric 1/8th buggies are becoming popular, what about a body designed for them. Unlike 1/8th nitro no need to have the high center in the body to line up with the nitro motor. The side pods might need to be higher to clear batts. Think about it. I think the body could be very aero and swoopy (is that a word-LOL). Thanks.

I would agree with the previous post. When I ran my brushless 8 I had to raise the body post to fit a 6000mah 4s pack.

Suggestions are noted, thank you.

Im sure once the major manufacturers get in gear and start releasing kits, you'll see bodies from us.

JConcepts will be distributed in the UK exclusively through SMD. They will be carrying the full range of products, so nearly everything in both 1/10th and 1/8th scale.

Thanks for the heads up on 1/8th scale electric bodies. Caster is to have their buggy out by end of July. China disasters slowed some part production. It features battery tray on both sides so a "regular" 1/8th body will probably work on it OK.

That's PURDY!!! Is that pretty much the same shape as the High Flow B44 body without the roof scoop? Or are the side pods different as well?

I also see on the JConcepts site there is a D4 body now? No pics up there yet though. When do we get to see that one?

Thumbs up AE.......................IS THE KILLER OF ALL!

A buddy of mine runs the Tamiya molded inserts and they worked pretty well. it just sucks that you have to buy the whole set of Tamiya tires to get the Moldedinserts!
