TLR 22X-4 2.0
#2
It will come, whenever HH decides that we have waited long enough. Tbh I'm not hoping for much considering HH just wants to make entry-level bashers. I think that the updated 8ight will come out first for the outdoor season and the 22X-4 2.0 may come out next indoor season.
I'm not a team driver this is all speculation.

cool to see them making a comeback more the merrier. The insert based front caster blocks are nice. Shock caps that double as protectors if approved at tracks that require protectors is nice too.

I finished putting together my kit today, Frank & the boys have been cooking. I haven't built a TLR kit since the 22 4.0, but I have been blown away by how nice this build has been.
Material quality, fit and finish all knock it out of the park -- even better than the last couple X-Rays I built. No ambiguity or confusion in the manual, and I really appreciated how well all the bags within each bag are divided (B1 B2 B3 etc). Lots of smart design that makes assembly and maintenance as idiot-proof as possible -- the swaybar design is especially slick.
We've got the off-road track converted for an Oval race right now, but can't wait to get this thing on track.

Good to see them looking to really get back into the racing side of things to maybe bring back the rivalries with AE. We have I think a couple of guys running the losi newer platforms by us to add to the variety we have at the track. Probably the only "complaint" in general I have heard is just the cost of the upgrade aluminum parts versus I think the brands they were running before like Ae I think, but losi has to make its money somehow too.
