i second that...i had 6 gallons of %30 through the RB before i changed piston and sleeve...and it really didnt need it...it was getting there but i figured i would start out the season with a fresh one...

speaking of rebuilding. when my engine starts to lose compression should i replace just the piston and sleeve? orshould i replace the sleeve con rod, crankshaft, bearings, piston, etc?

If you're going to change all that you'd be better off just getting a new motor. For a first rebuild just a piston and sleeve. If there's alot of gallons on the engine then the conrod also. Bearings shouldn't need replacing unless they fell gritty which they shouldn't if you always run with a clean filter, or you're running an os...
