Ive never had any problem with the fuel tank. It fits perfect.

Guys,

Something I have been doing on bumpy tracks is using the Fioroni rear chassis brace for the Storm CL-1. It mounts up with 2 holes instead of 3 on the rear allowing a little more forgiveness.

Hey brandon do you have the most updated setup of Marty's? Ive been looking and cant find it. The one on the GS site is older I think?

This is Marty's latest SUT Set Up I could find .

SET UP FOR NATIVE Racing/ GS Racing SUT

70 OIL IN FRONT 1.4MM PISTONS
60 OIL IN REAR 1.4MM PISTONS
STIFF FIORONI SPRINGS
2 DEG ANTI SQUAT
3 DEG TOE IN REAR
2 DEG TOE OUT IN FRONT
.5 DEG TOE ON REAR HUB
FORWARD HOLE IN ACKERMAN PLATE
ARMS LEVEL
STOCK SWAYBARS F/R
70% REAR BRAKE/30% FRONT BRAKE
5K FRONT DIFF
50K CENTER DIFF
1K REAR DIFF
UPPER HOLE ON UPPER ARM
SHORTEST REAR CAMBER LINK


THIS IS WHAT I RAN AT THE NITRO CHALLENGE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I GET TO TRY MY NEW TRUCK SET UP! I THINK IT WILL BE AWESOME.

i don't think the cl-1 parts are compatable with storm pro parts.

Hey does anyone know where i can get good parts support for the cl-1 in Phoenix Az. ( u know, say parts already on the shelf etc...)

oh & what outdrives (apart from gs, that fit perfectly) does anyone use for longer wear & tear.
Part from these tiny issues this is theee best buggy i've driven so far.

i already order from them, i mean say you walk into a shop thats within 10 to 30 mins & then there's the parts on the shelf, bit like going to wallmart & getting a tv. but amain is a good source otherwise.

What engine is on the CL1 RTR? I see it on all the websites but I cant find any info on it. I am looking at picking one of these bad boys up when they become available in mid Sept.
