I think the Tekno runs 3.5mm diameter shock shafts.

As an update, for those looking to do that Hobao pin mod on the rear that says they are 3mm, they are actually 3.5mm thick the 2 packs I got in. I ended up drilling out the a-arm and hingepin hole areas on the carrier inserts to use them. It worked but something to get in mind if you were like me wondering why they were not going into the insert.

Next thing noticed and maybe this is a exotek specific item, but the spindle block I htink what its called, the part that goes into the caster block up front seems to cause the ackermann plates to hit the webbing on AE style front wheels even with a +2 mm offset hex. I had to dremel slightly the corner "L" part for clearance on those.

Aside from the obvious effect of making the truck 0.1" wider per side, what would be the effects, good or bad, of running the "Traxxas Lite Wheel" #1972, instead of the Associated offset wheels the truck was originally designed for?

This wheel:

(Asking about effects on the car, effect on the wallet is very positive/beneficial.)

I would think a person would not get as much rotation with less frontend grip. Less chance of traction rolling though.

Default Receiver box

I purchased a used Et410. But it does not have a receiver box? Is do do you have a part number?

No receiver box for any of the 410 series. You’ll probably have to purchase or print a custom piece if you wanted one.
