More progress !
I killed a case of Michelobe Ultra yesterday while working on this pig, the creative juices were flowing like the beer.

This is where the body was notched for spare tire, decided differently

Front bumper/push bar/light mount/skid plate is done as well

A little more done today, I finished the skid plate shoreing it up with a couple braces and added more to the front grill and built the exo-roll cage.

I had planned on making the front assembly and exo-cage from brass ultimately decided on the much lighter plastic, this stuff is really nice to work with as well.

I have some finish work to do on the cage and maybe add a couple small things but I'm getting really close to getting it painted and I'm second guessing myself on the color/pattern again :???::???::???:

I added a few things prior to painting, I made a windshield visor and beefed up the brush guard a little as well as door hinges and door handles. I also added a extention to cover the #2 servo.

The bed rails were completed today, the bed's deck will be roughly 15"X9.25" and I'm probably going to make it out of Birch plywood in 1/4" I think. This wood is very hard and should hold up nicely for it's intent.

Decided to take a break from the bed floor after applying some Ebony stain, gotta let it dry anyway for at least 24hrs.

Ben tinkering with the servo winch, I made a spool support with a bearing.

I have to complete the winch housing and spool cover yet just thought I'd post this BC I was pretty proud of my Fat Kid Engineering

Heres some close ups of the Boom I made and how it's intended to work and store when not in use.

Enjoy the pics.

More updates, New knobs and gimmick for the TX bling bling baby.

Wires are ran nice and neat but will be covered by the bed, everything is wired for quick and easy disconnect to make maintinance or repairs a bit easier.

Made a loop for a permanant rope w/hook up front.

Also made a place for the winch hook to rest between jobs.

LED's Front and rear and in the electronics compartment

Was really difficult getting the wires this neat, I hate it looking like this not much more can be done. At least the door hides it between battery changes. The box with switches control the LED's, have a 3rd for new addition whatever it'll be ?

Servo oprerated door via TX
