Bernie, wow, that just completely sucks! So sorry. Right out of the parking lot at PM, I heard the sale was super busy, hard to believe someone didn't see it.

Maybe posting on the off-road/RC Gears forum as well, there must have been off-road guys walking buy that might remember something.

I think I've got a couple batteries, a 2S and a 1S you could have. I'll look when i get back from Edmonton. Might have a motor as well.

In my experience, if you're insurance will cover it that's the best way. I had an old boss who's GM truck was stolen. A couple months later, he's driving down Deerfoot and see's his truck (it was modded and he recognized it immediately). He's following it, calls 911, and they demanded he stop following it, even threatened to charge him! Even if you found your stuff, sad to say, but without definitive proof it's yours, it'd be a your word against theirs. Maybe the PT numbers would be proof enough, and CarCar could provide your race reports with the PT numbers as proof. Past that, not sure what else you could prove is yours (legally of course).

Just my guess, knock on wood, I've only had a sportbike stolen (so pretty open and shut insurance case), so maybe I'm way off and you'd have much more success than that.
