IMHO, shipping is always expected to be priority mail, not ground. Unless otherwise stated.

I guess I would have expecations the other way around since priority mail is kind of a premium service and hence costs more $$$.

regardless, tracking is still an expectation.

$10-$12 for ground vs $20 for priority...We're not talking next day here...Just a step up from first class... I ship everything priority. I want my new stuff asap, other expect the same. And if I'm paying for shipping, I want it in a couple days...Not a week.

If you are paying for actual shipping, yeah I can see that. However if you are paying X dollars shipped, then having expectation that the seller is to eat the difference in cost as an expectation (pre-agreements is something else) that wasn't stated up front, nah I wouldn't expect that but thats me.

Not the right place for this, but I'll flat out tell you ezlight. Your personal expectations and reality are NOT the same. When I ship something it's shipped how I want to ship it, period! YOU want it faster, I MIGHT give you the option to PAY extra.

I only ship USPS, that's my choice. So you're either going to get Parcel Post or Priority, again my choice. I figure the shipping cost into my asking price, as should anyone who's smart enough not to bother going back and forth with a buyer about shipping costs. When a buyer requests my PP info I inform them how it will be shipped, Priority or PP. IF they choose to pay the extra for Priority fine. But honestly, it's not usually worth it for large items. I've never had a PP package take over 5 days to either coast, and Priority is 3-4 days.

BUT....there are guys out there that will beat you down that last 5 bucks on price, THEN pay extra for faster shipping. I would call those guys douche bags
