Yep. That's fine tho. I get my money. Sad part is my 6 year old is heartbroken. We were to build this thing this week. Good note is I get most my money back. Shipping will be between 10 and 15 bucks. And I'll be buying something else. I even spent money on a set of rc4wd 1.9s dirt grabbers on proline beadlocks.glad I didn't order that unimog body to

fyi... 1.9 tires look silly on the cr-01 with unimog body.. i know cause i tried it hahah.

I said id post it so here it is.there is no threats made. I never said send me your so 1000dollar roller and i get to keep the spares he sent that he tried to pass of four a roller. You can also see where he tells pay pal he sent more than the agreement and a cheaper price. Anyways pictures worth a thousand so

Copy of the PM I was sent. I suggested that he post here and that if he contacted me I would simply copy/paste that PM in this thread...
"I'm writing this to have my name is good standing and to tell what happened on my end. I sold a Tamiya Cr-01 to a member on here. He texted me on a roller /chassis I had forsale plus other vehicles too. I wanted $150 for the roller / chassis. He wanted it bad according to his texts. He first said his son but later for him. So I said how about $130 for it. He bought it. During this time I was in the hospital for a day or 2. I told him about this. He its all good . the day I got out I was packing the truck I found the axles didnt have any internals in them. I texted him about the problem and told him that was swapping the axles off my CR-01 which had very little use plus had new internals parts in them. I also told him that I was giving him a almost new painted body for the mix up. The seller was happy and agreed to it. I mailed that day and it was to be there on Monday. Everything at that time was great between me and seller.
Then on Tuesday afternoon the seller started texting me on the truck wasn't what on we said. I told him then make a list and I would make everything good. It would be done and sent on Wednesday. I also told to send the questioned parts back and I would send him the correct parts back ( either new or off mine , which is like new). He still was being uncooperative and threatening about the situation. Then that afternoon he texted me he wanted me to give the other Cr-01 I had for sale but take everything out of it. Still not sending the other one back. Since this happened he made a claim with PayPal over this. I since talked to Paypal and was told not send anything until he sends me the truck and see if everything is there. Then I would send the money. So basically PayPal sided with me. I since looked at PayPal and I owe them $121 and no word form the seller. Couple of questions for you and everyone. Why did he wait for a day and half before contacting about this? I sent him pics of what was being sent before sent it to him and was happy on what was being sent. Then asking for the other truck ( which has about $500 in it). I told the seller if wanted it as a rtr or roller but he wanted the roller instead. The parts we wanted was doubles which I have but was installed on the roller. So was I was honest seller and I was trying to right things when he started texting me about the problems. I've sinced learned that I'm gonna be moving to a assisted living place because I'm disabled. He also knew this to because too."

I'm not a heartless prick. BUT, at the end of the day if you're going to use this site to conduct business. There is a certain level of professionalism and accountability that myself and everyone on here expects. Whether you're 16 or 60. For me to effectively moderate these situations, a persons mental and or physical status does not and can not matter to me.

I hate to see this happen. I have dealt both with Chris and Fred and both good deals. I do believe that sometimes when texting is involved the communication can get polluted. I've had it happen. I am just glad to see each one gets his product/money back.
