WARNING! Guys, please be aware of this seller.carbons2k This guy totally burned me. Over 2 weeks ago I purchased a Buggy D413 from him and he said he would ship it the next day. After I paid, he never replied to my PM's again. A week later, after I warned him, I made a claim to Paypal. He then finally replied and said he was in the hospital and that he had shipped it the day before and that the post office said he should be here by Weds. After I asked for tracking number, he has not replied and the car hasn't shown up either. So he lied again and in the meanwhile, he is selling other stuff on this board - a radio and another car. I am really bummed about this. I have been on this board for several years and never had a problem selling or buying. Just a whole bunch of nice people here. Unfortunately, there always has to be some lowlife

How about now? Did you get it today? Why not try communication before bashing me on the trader section? Yea it took me some extra time to ship it and I explained that to you and you were ok with it. It didn't come the exact time the post office quoted me and you're pissed at me.

Good to see the tracking posted. But I think if I was late on shipping, for whatever reason, I would send 3 day?

3day would have been $60 due to the box size. I had asked for priority but was a lot to ship. It's ok. Can't please everyone. He'll have it today or possibly Monday. Hope he's happy with it and wins some races with her!

I know it can and from time to time does happen, but why is it that every time the last straw is out there it turns out that somebody is in the hospital?

Hmmmm....So the OP sent payment, asked for some info regarding where his package was, got no response, threatened paypal dispute, still no communication, opened paypal dispute, and BAM...communication starts. Sounds about right for someone I don't want to deal with. Oh...and then the old hospital excuse (well, at least he didn't blame the wife )

Yep.....May be more to it but that sounds like the gist of it.

Selling items on RCTech is dangerous to your health!!

The odds of you being in a car accident increase dramatically.

Some forum members on here are so quick to cast judgment on others, I'm glad this member was able to set this straight before someone else's reputation was unnecessarily ruined. This is a hobby guys, relax and have fun and don't act like witches or snitches.

My problem with the whole deal is he only communicated AFTER the dispute was opened. Why not keep the OP updated and answer pm's before the dispute?

There's always 2 sides and then the truth.
