The ammount of leniency people get on here for essentially holding a car hostage is sickening. JMO

A used D413 or lifetime ban from Rctech, which is more valuable?

Aw,be nice. You should have more compassion for someone who has little more in life than posting internet revenge fantasies on toy car forums. Surely it takes a highly trained FBI, NSA, CIA, KGB or MI6 agent to figure out how to send a person $15 dollars.

Well it's kinda looking like the guy has $300+car and now an extra $20! I believe a Ban might be headed his way.

IF carbons2k comes back saying it never got returned and MX has no proof to the contrary..ban hammer
Ban Hammer. That would be a great band name.

I don't know the exact time frame from the time you received payment and the time you shipped, which was Aug 1st. BUT it would be nice to see MX swallow his pride a little and ship it no later than next Friday. And by shipped I mean a live, active, in the system tracking number and not some PP printed shipping label that sits on top of a printer for another month.

sounds like this one is resolved. i think there were some break downs in communication on both sides, but i don't think either side was malicious or trying to scam the other. i would do business with both parties.

Things go sideways, people get heated and things often get worse after that.

Once this dust settles I suspect both parties will look back with some regret on the way things happened. I agree that neither one is a scammer at all, just that this transaction got charged up and we all got to see the dirty laundry here.
