Why should you do anything now? How about to rescue your rep. PLAIN AND SIMPLE...you listed something for sale as being BRAND NEW yet it clearly wasn't. Doesn't matter if he traded you a box of rocks subsequently. Your initial listing was a bald-faced lie and you KNOW that it was hence you haven't once addressed that fact in any of your posts here.
Is your rep for sale THAT cheaply? Forget the trade, what if someone had bought that beat piece of crap you called Brand New? Dishonest on one deal implies willingness to be dishonest on ANY deal. Don't sell your name like that.
The man said he'd settle for a FRACTION of what you owe...suck it up, appologize and pay it. I can't see it being $20 for what he's pointed out and it just ain't worth having your name associated with this sort of poor dealing.

My truck is not the problem, your supposedly "brand new" buggy is. You knew you were getting a used MF1 truck. And no, the graphite parts were to be sold SEPARATELY, not with the MF1 truck. I told you I already sold the graphite parts so stop putting this stuff on me.

if the both of you aren't happy why don't you send your cars back and refund each others money less shipping? and some times you get bit and it hurts but you try to make each other happy what can you do?

Guys, I ended up leaving Madman23 a negative feedback like many of you have suggested over PM. Now he has retaliated by leaving me a negative feedback.

All the pictures you took are all zoomed out. If you took more detailed pictures (like I did), you would see a lot of damage, gashes, scratches, etc.
And it's not junk but it's definitely not "brand new". To a scammer like you it is "brand new," huh?

where's all the scratches and broken part's . he told me to ship it to his freind that has a vendetta so he eather ran it alot and scatched it up or it is not the same vendetta before he got back in town . i am wondering if that is the same freind that told him that the mf1 is a mf2 ? anyway that is how i sent it to his friend .

Look at the first page of this thread and you'll see the pictures of the damaged areas. I can even see mud/dirt on the pictures you just posted. How did mud get on a brand new car?
