If you got a slip saying he did sign for it, post it up! Show him, then you wont have to send any money back. All hes looking for is some proof you say you have but havnt shown him yet. Im sure if you posted it up, then the choice would be easiest on who to believe..

Just curious. Is the MO out yet?
Even in Turkey if you send out a package, you get a document showing that your Post office/Courier service received the package and sent it out.
I hope this deal comes to an end soon.
