Dead Set, what a bogan!!! Other than Tony Firth (who beat me by one position), please name one PDNR racer who finished in front of me at the Winterchamps??? ........ Where did you finish bogan boy???
Dont hate!!!

Im not going to start a slanging match with PDNR because i have some friends that race there, and the vast majority of people that race there are good blokes. The comittee is also very active in doing charity work, and holding great RC events. They are held in high esteem by SMA and our members.

You are right Rody, Tony got you by one spot & the next closest PDNR member was Jack Umenburger in 8th B final. Although Phil Woodbury wasnt racing that would have been a fair bet for PDNR having one in the top 3. Dont know who you are Berkky & I didnt read your post before it was edited but please dont drag PDNRs good name throgh the mud. We are trying to build a good relationship with all the clubs & a bit of harmless trash talk is Ok but keep it clean.

BTW what happened to SMA for round 1 of the club challenge, you guys scared or what

Something like that mate. We have the toothbrush club challenge at the moment, where we are in 2nd spot going into the last round in Canberra this weekend. After that, we will definately have a few boys at the next PDNR club challenge event!!

Does SMA plan on holding a round. It would be a good excuse for us to invade Tempe.

Definately in the future mate, but not this year. We are putting together a memorial cup in memory of one of our founding members, who lost his battle with cancer...

Sorry to hear about the loss. How about running the challenge in conjunction with the memorial. It would help boost numbers & maybe donate some of the race fees to the guys family to help through the tough time. If you promote the event that way you should get heaps of support. I know our club would be happy to help you guys out.

This is the information that has been released for the members

In September 2006, SMA will host the Greg Still Memorial Cup with all proceeds from this event to be donated to a charity chosen by his Wife, Kerrie Still.
