Default New track

I know I will get shot down here BUT. If everyone from our club could put up $100 towards a new track it would be well worth it. There's only so much money our club can bring in.We all complain how poor condition the track is in but without members putting back into our club a new or resurfaced track is along way off.We really need ALL MEMBERS to step up and put in. Including working bees, speaking to some of the guys going to the working bees they are getting sick of being the same guys everytime. It is a small price to pay for a years racing on a new track considering all the money in which gets spent on RC.

P.S Track Commitee should get in contact with Kevin or Marco about heavy machinery. As they were saying they could organize some.

step in the right direction to cover increasing costs.

After such a wet winter more than 50% of that clay has washed of down the road and into a drain.
I was on the track yesterday and it was ok for now but I doubt it will hold up to the enduro as it has already started deteriorating ,plus after the enduro it will be much worse.
Keep in mind too that this is a 2 year track and it’s only going to get some new surface clay when funds are available.

This whole subject was covered at the last AGM.

If I had a problem I shouldn't have posted on a public forum and should have discussed it in person hopefuly I can be forgiven
Cheers simon

Default Track Time Again

THERE WILL BE SOME TRACK MAINTANCE HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND, IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN COMING DOWN.

NOTE: THIS IS TRACK MAINTANCE ONLY, NOT A TRACK CHANGE. ONLY PREPPING THE TRACK FOR THE ENDURO.

ANYTHING OTHER THAN MAINTANCE WILL HAVE TO BE DONE AT A LATER DATE.

I KNOW THAT IT"S PROBABLY NOT WHAT SOME WANT TO HEAR, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE DON'T HAVE THE MATERIAL NOR THE AVAILABLE TIME TO TAKE ON THE CHANGE, SO CLOSE TO THE ENDURO.

ANY MAJOR WORKS WILL BE DONE AFTER THE ENDURO. SORRY GUYS...

Phil
