Racing starts at 10.30 am on Sunday...best to to get there at 9.30 just to get a bit of a veiw on how the day goes.

It was a factory second so it might have been fault still. OR it was because I went from 100% on the hand piece to 125%.

WildMan, spend half the money and get something up to date! GTB is old school now. Speed Passion has an excellent esc for the money, or for a little more the Tekin RS / RS PRO are even better!

Yeah good luck getting that again with the aus $ There are a few on ebay but more round the aus $350-$400 mark. Perhaps this one?

Dunno about the speed passion. Most of their esc that have no motor limit are more expensive than the novak. The cheaper ones have a 5.5t motor limit but you are running a 4.5t right

What buggy.. well.. Its a basic 4WD model with the branding of "Great Vigor Models" on it... via Model Engines I believe.
Says it has a performance 540 motor & aluminium 18T motor gear.
I added a heat sink & fan for a little extra cooling & got 2 x 3600MaH's for it which give extra punch.

So it was RTR as well. It also says it has an adjustable ball diff... not sure how to adjust it yet tho Shocks are ok on it from my practice at the track the other day, could use better oil tho.

Hop up's seem to be pretty low for this buggy/car. Tho I am sure I could fit different gears & motor if I wish. For now its good fun. mmm, will rock on down about 10ish & see if I can get in to a race or two
