Dragster,

Glad you like the new layout.

More changes are planned for next year, hopefully this is an incentive for some old OffRoaders to come down and have a look

It's been a long time but I'm getting quite keen again I must say. I think you'll find a few of us old-stagers giving it a bit of a run again soon. On-roads got a bit stale, time for a change I be thinking....

A new Frog isnt modern? (ish)

Still discussing such matters with Dettmann and Potato before we rush in. But 4WD Mod with Lazers is looking good.
In the meantime we'll play with our brushless RC18T's cos they're as quick (or possibly quicker) than a mod car anyway!

A few questions for you people.

Does this club have a website? When do you race? What classes do you run?

Cheers

BG,

http://www.rccar.com.au/

We race 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. This Sunday (20th) is a club day.
1st race at 10:30.

We race 1/10 Electric.
Classes classified according to interest on the day.
We normally have a Stock and Mod class.

Transponders are also used.

We have recently undertaken some track modifcations with more to come.

Hope to see you there.

Knox is an awesome track with some really cool members, you will always find someone willing to give a helping hand! Stock racing is very competative with nearly always a full field turning up, Mod is also going well with around half a field every clubday!!

we race 2wd and 4wd and sometimes every now and then people will break out thier trucks

ill try and get some day leave to come and race this weekend

KNOX

Hmmmmm, I've been interested in trying out a bit of offroad to see what its like. What type of chassis do people typically run? I presume the AE B4 as it seems to be the best. How easily do cars break?

Sorry for my ignorance, I've never been to an offroad meet and I only race onroad at the moment.
