My internet speed is down to 38 kbps, my CPU temp is under 40 degrees C...

My CPU temp is meant to be over 40 degrees C, but is running under the specified temp for some reason.....

I've heard some system allow a nominal running temp between 38-40 deg c.

not sure if your system allows this?
