Dude, Was going to get out the lunchy on Saturday, but I gave Will the radio gear due to a frog problem. They are seriously fun, and are probably easier to get around the track than the hopper!!

I checked the track out earlier, it looks like a fun day tomorrow, I'm hanging to get that ZX5 on there with the 19turn in it....

I reckon everyone should come down, will be fun.

Han and other people - I didn't buy a lot of personal transponders! I don't have any spares for sale it was becoz TT couldn't get to a computer and so I had to put in a Bid for him from a 'for sale' ad!

Willabong, you Lie!!!! I know you bought 25 at a rock bottom price. You should be able to pass these savings on to your customers - say, about $90 delivered express to anywhere in Melbourne!!

Go-On, let people know. You know you want too

Do you have 240v power available at the track? and what is a good charger to get?

I'm looking at getting a Futaba 3PM 2.4Ghz, is anyone else using this and are they any good.

Looking forward to having a go!

Tim
i just finished building and have started racing my FT B4. Awesome buggy, my suggestions to you are before you start the build is, most importantly, get a good tool kit, the tools in the kit are virtually useless, Simon (known as Kimbalion7 on the forum) if you ask nicely can hook you up with a kit at a good price. Trust me, you want a good tool kit.

The other change i made in the build stage was getting some Blue RPM ball cups, they are a bit thicker and i guess stronger than the kit ones.
Will ( known as willabong on the forum might be able to hook you up with some of those).

Otherwise the advice to me was just build the kit as it comes in the box, using the kit set-up and then make the mods/changes to set-up as you start to drive.

The 3PM futaba 2.4ghz spread spektrum was my choice also, i recckon its great bang for your buck, and obviously spektrum means no crystals or frequency issues, so its the only way to go and worth every cent.
