Hi guys do had any problem when using these charger Supernova Comp charger.Had in mind of gettin it.Or other choice of mine is Duratrax ICE.So any of u guys here can give your view.

what powersupplies are u guys using to power your units ?
i've got an ice and love it, as stated very similar to the supernova. has any one actually used the motor run in feature ? at what settings ?

Gave more punch to my KINETIX packs, and bought some old 1700's back to life.

Could someone explain what the delta peak is. On my charger it is set for 3 minutes but i can set it from 1-10 minutes. I'm using GP 3300 packs if this helps.

I think the delay in which you wish to wait before peaking?

I know you can set the charger up to peak your cells right before a race.. unfortunately it's near impossible to predict race times these days. Esp if the day isnt running to schedule. doh.

I have a few IB3600 cell pack's.. I charge at 6A for stock racing, with 3mv/Cell delta. discharge at 20A on the supernova, then throw them on a Novak Smart Tray to equalize. If re-peaking before a race, set the delta to around 1mv/Cell.

if i was to buy this charger, and a battery equilizer, it would cover ALL of of charging/discharging needs for electric racing?

I use this charger, and a novak smart tray, and that is all, works a treat.

I also have a much more racing zero discharge tray, which I've never used. no need really.

so james, you used both your frineds LRP Comp 2 VS your Supernova Comp.... what you think is better??

I like the LRP Pulsar 2 coz world champs use it

I have both the LRP comp 2 and supernova comp,

if you only can buy one charger the Supernova is the better of the two (but I still will keep the LRP)

yea from auswide, only took a week, (I ordered it one week and it was there the following week)
