I got my gas weapon today, Team Magic G4S or + or something, it has an Orion CRF engine in it at the moment, I need to change it to the OS TG, I believe this is the current GT motor, what else would I need apart from the motor. What glow plugs are used and where is the best place to get good quality fuel from?.

Does anyone at the club race a Team Magic? It's all foriegn ground to me considering my first on road car was a NTC3. Any help would be great

Gee 20 questions

Not sure about the rollout for 19t - think I've only ever run 19t once and that was years ago - same as Sunny coast probably - I'd probably think it's around 35 but maybe I'm wrong (I was wrong once but don't tell everyone ).

I'm not sure about Tamworth yet but we will be pushing for brushless and LIPO in some classes and also rubber tyers for electric but haven't had a chat with Russell yet - will try to do that soon.

Need some help please..

Starterbox to suit a Team Magic G4
Where do I purchase the OS TG motor and do I need to get a certain exhaust manifold etc as well
What glow plugs for the above motor
Where is a good place (local) to purchase good quality fuel from

In Gas Tourer or Open Gas are you guy's running front diffs, one ways or spools? Also whats the go with the diffs, I here I may need diff oils? Are they enclosed diffs or something?

Whats the current shore rating most are using for Foams.

Cheers

Front spool.

Yes oil in the rear diff. its very thick almost like grease.

I'd go through rc champ adviser for the motor... very cheap

Team magic make a good starter box.

Bosh

No, I'm racing electric this weekend mate, thanks anyway. I have just bought a gas car so I can keep running around without worrying about batteries etc, it's just that it has come with an Orion CRF motor and exhaust etc and I've been out of gas for some time now it is all a little confusing.

I am going to set it up to run GT, so I need to know if I have to buy an exhaust set up when I buy the TG, and where do I buy it from. Obviously I get the motor without the pullstart, hence the reason I need a starter box, I was advised to get the TM X5 Turbo but it appears to be discontinued, so now I have no idea what starter box will work.

It also has a diff in the front, do you run spools in gas or are diffs the way to go. I use spools in electric but thought gas might be different and also there is apparently diff oils in these things? so what do I get there?

Cheers
Aaron
